Job Title: Electronics Design Manager Location: Chesterfield Area | Flexible Hybrid (Work from Home Available) About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK\’s leading engineering companies, delivering cutting-edge solutions to some of the world\’s most advanced manufacturers. We are seeking an Electronics Design Manager to play a pivotal role within the engineering department. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a small team of electrical and electronic design engineers, overseeing project delivery, process compliance, and seamless collaboration across departments. This role combines hands-on technical design work with leadership responsibilities, guiding the development of bespoke electronic systems from concept to manufacture. Using a mix of off-the-shelf components and custom interfaces, you\’ll ensure innovative, robust, and manufacturable designs are delivered on time and to specification.
