We are seeking a multi-disciplined Electronic Test Support Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Eastbourne. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical background in electronics who thrives on solving problems and keeping production running smoothly. You'll be responsible for supporting automated and semi-automated electronic test systems, working closely with engineering, production, and management teams to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain automated and semi-automated electronic test systems within a manufacturing environment
- Diagnose faults across hardware, instrumentation, and software using a structured, logical approach
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and system diagrams to troubleshoot effectively
- Provide robust, timely fixes to minimise production downtime
- Work hands-on with electronic test fixtures, instrumentation, and test equipment
