About The Company; For 40 years, the business has been at the forefront of providing cutting-edge solutions to top-tier clients like Apple, Tesla, and Huawei, their expertise lies in reducing contamination levels to maintain high yields and ensure zero defects, whether in PCB or glass line production, they are pioneers in ensuring the cleanest substrates, evolving from their origins with silicon rollers to industry 4.0 innovations. KO2’s clients focus on automation, video and optical feedback, and robotics positions them as leaders in their industry. Your Role: As a Control Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing automated machinery. Youll work with: PLC Systems : The business use Codesys and Wago PLCs but the client is happy with any PLC experience, they use structured text for coding. Mechatronic Systems : You will enjoy working with stepper motors, sensors, and both analogue and digital feedback systems. Loom Design : Ability to design simple electrical looms using AutoCAD. While prior experience is a plus, they value the drive and willingness to learn above all, so will consider engineers with no CAD experience. Engineer Profile The business are seeking an engineer who lives and breathes technology, someone who brings their passion to both work and personal projects.
