Due to the continued growth of our business, we now have a vacancy for a Service Engineer to join our team. You will be managed and supported by an experienced service manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Machine repair and service, both on site and in our workshops.
- Use of a diagnostic laptop computer or tablet for fault finding.
- Machine PDI of both new and used equipment.
- Working with other team members to rectify machine problems.
- Working on warranty repairs.
- Undertaking relevant training to develop skills on new products and services offered.
Key attributes:
- Ideally Level 3 Land Based Engineering or equivalent.
- Organised and proactive, able to work either alone or within a team.
- A background of agricultural machinery mechanics is preferable.
- Experienced and skilled in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
- Full UK drivers licence required.
- Receptive to training and advancing your skill level.
