We are recruiting an outstanding career opportunity for a business focused commercial HR leader to manage a team of generalist HR and Learning and Development professionals. Working for a multi-site operation, the company are based on the outskirts of Winchester, with easy access from Winchester, Southampton, Andover and surrounding areas. The Head of HR will be involved with aligning HR with business goals, developing people-focused strategies that support the company’s growth.
Leading the HR team will involve the following responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, performance processes and HR administration
- Engaging with managers and senior managers across the business and developing strong working relationships to support them with day to day HR matters
