Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality education, training and skills to college students and clients in a real working kitchen environment.
- Coordinate and deliver training/assessment for HE/FE/work‑based courses.
- Accountable to the HOS & DHOS for the academic and professional standards, performance, and outcomes of the courses taught.
The successful candidate must:
- Have an appropriate catering qualification in a relevant subject area or be willing to achieve it within a set period from appointment.
- Have a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to achieve it within a set period from appointment.
- Be willing to achieve QTLS status within 12 months of obtaining their teaching qualification.
- Have GCSE Maths and English (A*-C).
- Have relevant industry experience in catering.
