We are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join our team on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027 to support the People Team during a major organisational project.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence management meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Building strong relationships quickly and effectively with employees and managers alike.
- Advising and coaching managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Bringing your experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential) to enhance our HR practices.
