Term-time - Part-time - 15 hours per week. Looking for a rewarding career supporting students on their academic journey? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Enrichment Officer, you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience by delivering engaging face-to-face and online enrichment activities, including a variety of clubs for students and apprentices. These opportunities are designed to complement their main course of study and broaden their overall educational experience.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities, monitoring participation, and evaluating their impact through a range of methods and reports. You will also support initiatives that capture and promote Student Voice, ensuring learners have opportunities to share feedback and help shape their experience.

This is a permanent, part-time, term-time only position, starting in September 2026.
