Responsibilities

  • Lead operational shifts with confidence and positivity
  • Inspire and support the team through leading by example
  • Deliver outstanding customer hospitality and experience
  • Maintain a warm, friendly environment with high service standards
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance at all times
  • Stock management, ordering and minimising waste
  • Support training of team members using step by step development
  • Handle customer feedback with a solution focused attitude
  • Maintain exceptional café cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Open and close the premises responsibly, including key holding duties
  • Uphold and protect company values, standards and culture
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly performance targets
  • Support recruitment activities as needed, including participating in candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the business
  • Work across multiple sites as required, providing operational support and maintaining consistent service standards
