Knowsley based privately owned business that delivers facilities management solutions for commercial businesses throughout the whole of the Northwest including cleaning, winter gritting plans, jet washing, electrical, plumbing, buildings works and maintenance to both large and small businesses. We are specialist building site cleaners.
Hours & Schedule
- Working Days: MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY
- Shift Pattern: WINTER – 4PM – 7PM / SUMMER 5PM – 8PM
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in commercial spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, coffee shop, meeting room, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, notifying management when stocks are low.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational skills, reliability, and dedication.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Set scheduled hours. This position is suitable for individuals who take pride in creating clean and hygienic environments, contributing positively to the overall appearance and safety of the premises.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Minimum 12 months’ cleaning experience with references.
