Volair is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our highly successful swimming team, delivering Volair’s Swim Programme at Huyton Leisure Centre. As a Volair Swimming Teacher, you must be passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities learn to swim. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in developing water safety skills and fostering a love of swimming in students of all ages and abilities.

Role:

  • Develop and deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to individual student needs and skill levels.
  • Instruct proper swimming techniques, water safety procedures, and pool etiquette.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to help students build confidence and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all swimmers.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
  • Engage, coach, and inspire our members of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach to lessons.
  • Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values and standards.
  • Support the varied programme of activities and sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong swimming ability and a proven understanding of proper swimming techniques.
  • Minimum of [Required Swim Instruction Certification] (e.g., ASA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Certificate, STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patience skills.
