The Licensing team is responsible for licensing premises under the Licensing Act 2003 for the sale of alcohol and entertainment, late night refreshments, and street trading, along with the licensing of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire drivers, operators and vehicles. They are also responsible for licensing premises under the Gambling Act, in addition to Street Trading, Scrap metal, Sex establishments and Marriage Venues.
If you are passionate about delivering a high-quality service in a fast-paced dynamic area of regulatory activity and have substantial knowledge and understanding of legislation in relation to the work of a Licensing Authority, we want to hear from you.
