Health and Social Care Worker - Together We Care - Full Time and Part Time roles available
- Salary: Β£26,427 - Β£29,071 per annum (plus additional payments dependant on shift pattern. This is the full time salary, it would be reduced pro rata for part-time hours)

As a Health and Social Care Worker, you will:
- Support people with daily living tasks, community activities and personal care.
- Promote independence, choice and wellbeing.
- Work across supported living, respite and day services.
- Be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Full time, part time and waking night roles are available.
We are seeking people able to work flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and waking nights. Lone working may be required in some services. Enhanced hours and sleep-in payments apply where appropriate.
