Contract: Temporary

Fixed Term Post - 3 Years

Knowsley Council is working with Sport England to increase levels of physical activity across Knowsley. This role will be key to delivering our objectives of empowering communities across the Borough to live more active lives on their own terms, by understanding local barriers to activity and working with communities to remove them.

You will need experience in either the public, community or sport and physical activity sectors, including knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that these areas entail.

At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working. For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time. There is a requirement for you to attend your work base at least 2 days per week.
