Together We Care (TWC) is a Knowsley Council service that supports people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, in their communities. This is an exciting time to join TWC. As we progress our programme of transformation, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join the TWC Leadership Team and support our commitment to continuous improvement, high performance and service growth.
You will have experience of managing and delivering support services to people with complex needs and will bring skills in implementing and managing change in social care settings, while ensuring the delivery of high quality, person centred and safe services. You will have extensive experience in the role of registered manager, regulatory compliance, performance management and managing people. You will also be experienced in supporting services through the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection and maintaining and improving ratings.
The post will require you to take the role of Registered Manager. We reserve the right to close this vacancy earlier than the specified date should we receive sufficient applicants.
