Responsibilities
The Temporary Accommodation team provides support to homeless families who are owed a duty by the Council. As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for managing customers in their homes from sign‑up to move‑out. You must manage your time, prioritise tasks effectively and thrive in a reactive, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. Excellent communication skills and a desire to support vulnerable households are essential.
Position Details
Please note that this role is fully office based and home working will not be considered. Due to the nature of this role, we are unable to offer compressed hours or part‑time for this post. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
