Location: Nutgrove Villa, Westmorland Road, Huyton, Knowsley, L36 6GA, Hybrid Working

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hours: 36 hours per week. Consideration will be given for part time working.

We’re currently recruiting a HR Casework & Investigations Officer to join our recently expanded HR Casework Team.

In this key role, you’ll manage your own HR casework across a range of areas including:

  • Disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Absence management
  • Policy development and consultation with staff and trade unions
  • Service reviews and TUPE transfers

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, helping to deliver fair, consistent, and people-focused HR practices across the Council.
