We are seeking an inspirational, values-driven leader to join our Corporate Leadership Team. The role carries responsibility for shaping high-quality, person-centred services, strong partnership working, and sustained improvement across complex systems. This post sits at the heart of Knowsley's commitment to delivering the very best outcomes for adults and communities, and provides support to the DASS in their statutory role, acting as their deputy. At the heart of the role is a belief that strong, trusted relationships with residents, partners and colleagues are the most powerful driver of sustainable improvement and better outcomes.
About You
You will be an experienced senior leader with a strong professional background, a track record of driving improvement and assurance, and the credibility to influence at local, regional and national levels.
