The Governors of St Brigid's are looking to appoint a highly motivated School Business Manager with strong organisational skills to join the school’s busy office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the relevant experience in managing finance, with a knowledge of the Arbor MIS/Arbor Finance. This is a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities.
As School Business Manager:
- You will have proven experience working within a school environment and the ability to manage the provision of key support areas of the school to support teaching and learning including:
- Financial and human resources management
- Resources and facilities management
- Data management
- Marketing and promoting the school
- Income generation and bids for funding
- Have a very positive 'can do' approach to all aspects of work
- Have outstanding communication skills both in person and in all aspects of telephone, written and electronic communication
- Being highly organised with relevant experience
- Being a first point of contact for parents/carers and visitors in our nursery setting
- Working alongside our nursery team to support day to day communication and running of the nursery
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, can use a wide range of technology, and have good ICT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
