About the role
Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Providing strategic leadership across the school.
- Driving high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
- Ensuring outstanding outcomes for pupils with a range of complex needs.
- Leading school improvement initiatives and monitoring their impact.
- Supporting curriculum development and innovation.
- Promoting excellence in behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Developing and coaching staff to achieve their full professional potential.
- Building strong partnerships with families, external agencies and stakeholders.

- Has substantial knowledge and understanding of SEND.
