- Can remain positive, patient and solution‑focused when faced with challenges
- Thrives as part of a supportive, dedicated team
If you’re passionate about helping children grow in confidence, curiosity and independence, you’ll fit right in.
In return, we offer:
- A warm, inclusive and diverse school community
- Friendly, motivated and highly skilled colleagues who genuinely care
- Opportunities to collaborate with staff across the Vantage Academy Trust
- Strong commitment to your professional development and career growth
- Supportive leadership who value your voice and your wellbeing
- Access to an extensive staff benefits package
