We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Estate System Administrator to join our Estate Office team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient running of systems and processes that support the management of property across the Estate.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance obligations, coordinating fleet and asset management, and ensuring supplier and contractor documentation is up to date. From managing tenancy information and inspection logs to supporting audits and reporting, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running seamlessly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and systems experience who enjoys building structure, streamlining processes, and ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
