Knowsley Council is seeking a Revenues & Benefits Officer to join the Sundry Debtors Team. You will be responsible for the billing, collection and recovery of sundry debts to safeguard public funds and support local services.
The role requires experience in local authority revenues, with hands-on use of Oracle Fusion and ContrOCC, and excellent communication to respond to customers and colleagues. Hybrid working is available with 36 hours per week.
