Responsibilities

  • Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve the best outcomes for their adult lives.
  • Do you have previous skills and experience in an education or care setting with particular experience of 1:1 support and working with SEN/High Needs.
  • Do you enjoy working with young people and are you prepared to deliver 1:1 support for students in all elements of the curriculum, including community access, community activities, life skills; and when required personal care. Driving college vehicles for transportation is required therefore a full driving licence is essential.
