We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self‑motivated individual to work as part of the Safeguarding, Mental Health & Wellbeing Team across all St Helens and Knowsley sites. The role involves supporting students who are experiencing personal or social issues that affect their wellbeing and ability to manage current situations, providing short or long‑term support and referring to external agencies when appropriate. Work with staff across the college to support students and enable them to achieve qualifications. Maintain case notes in IT systems and assist with data collation for the SK College Group. Organise, set‑up and monitor college‑wide extra‑curricular events.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in relevant subject area.
- GCSE level 4 or above in English & Maths.
- Level 3 Working Together to Safeguard Children or willingness to achieve at earliest opportunity (Desirable).
- Mental Health First Aid qualification (Desirable).
- Substantial experience working in a comparable role.
- Experience dealing with young people with mental health issues.
