We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Quality Improvement Lead (Teaching & Learning) within the College, supporting the Head of Teaching, Learning, Development and Innovation. You will take lead roles in conducting curriculum area reviews, observations of teaching practice, designing and delivering CPD activity, reporting, and ensuring the College remains compliant with our external awarding organisations.
You will be intrinsic in supporting the College to achieve its aim of providing a consistently outstanding student learning experience and delivering great outcomes.
The Successful Candidate Must
- Have experience of working in education, preferably in an FE setting
- Have experience of improving teaching and learning through coaching and mentoring
- Be experienced with internal and external quality assurance and best practice in the sector
- Be proficient with MS Office 365 and Management Information Systems such as ProSuite and OneFile software
- Have a L5 Certificate in Education or PGCE as well as GCSE English & Maths (A*-C)
