About the Role
The College seeks a dynamic and self‑motivated Lecturer in Early Years to support learner achievement and enjoyment on our Early Years programmes. The role involves curriculum development, maintaining excellent employer links, and providing progression opportunities within the curriculum offer. This position also contributes to supporting colleagues and students through both onsite and blended learning.
