We are looking for a reliable and proactive Cross College Technician/Driver to join our Facilities team. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of our College sites. You will play a key part in ensuring our buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, clean, and well maintained, while also undertaking driving and delivery duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across college buildings and grounds
- Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment
- Undertake porterage duties, including moving furniture and equipment
- Support internal building alterations and minor improvement works
- Maintain site cleanliness, including internal and external litter picking
- Drive College vehicles for deliveries and transport as required
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Contribute to planned maintenance procedures and improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively across multiple College sites
- Complete all required training and development activities

Essential Requirements
