Responsibilities
- Teach and assess students on Business studies programmes up to Level 5 in a vibrant and positive learning environment.
- Organise and deliver engaging lessons, motivate and inspire learners, and ensure learning outcomes are met.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Completed a degree in a relevant subject area.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Hold GCSE English & Maths (A*-C).
- Teaching/Assessing qualification or willingness to undertake one within 2 years.
- Applicants may be recent graduates or experienced teachers with a background in Business; support to undertake a PGCE at the College is available.
