Overview
We have recently launched an ambitious three‑year strategy that continues to put our students and apprentices at the heart of everything we do. Central to achieving our vision are our people and to help drive the next stage of our journey, we are seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of People & Organisational Development to lead our people operations and help shape the future of our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative HR and organisational development strategies that support the college’s ambitions.
- Play a pivotal role in creating a high‑performing, agile and engaged culture, ensuring people are empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes for students, apprentices and local communities.
- Operate at a senior level, ideally within a complex, multi‑site and regulated environment.
- Deliver modern, effective people services and drive organisational change in line with best practice.
- Influence senior stakeholders, build strong relationships and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Strategic HR and OD leader with significant senior level experience, a strong track record of delivering people services and organisational change, confidence in influencing senior stakeholders, building relationships and inspiring teams.
