We are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support and optimize commercial processes within our IT sales team. This role is essential to ensure operational efficiency, rigorous control of the sales cycle, and accurate management of data and reports to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales support: Provide the sales team with reports, dashboards, and analyses that facilitate decision-making and opportunity identification.
- Forecasting and reporting: Collaborate with team leaders to prepare sales forecasts and performance reports to monitor targets.
- Order and fulfillment management: Handle quotation and order entries, delivery scheduling, price control, management of RMAs, demo products, and returns.
- License renewals and client support: Follow up on renewals, serve as an operational contact point for clients, and provide continuous support to the Sales Director.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Sales Assistant / Support, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or similar roles.
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
- Analytical profile, detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset.
