We are primarily focused on Atlassian solutions, and are a leading Platinum Atlassian partner with access to a breadth of knowledge across our group with the power of a global systems integrator.

The Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will operate as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, fully motivated to sell complex, high-impact professional services. Your mission is to drive digital innovation for our clients by liaising with them to identify their critical business challenges and shaping our approach to deliver tangible value to address those issues.

You will act as the vital link between our clients' strategic goals and our delivery teams, ensuring that every engagement drives sustainable revenue for us and measurable success for them. This is a role for a commercial expert who excels at building long-term value, managing senior relationships, and orchestrating complex sales cycles from initial discovery to final close.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle: identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and working closely with technical teams to scope and deliver complex IT solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring a blend of commercial hunter mentality and engaging account management. You will act as the bridge between client needs and our delivery capabilities. We’re targeting impressive growth in 2026 and you’ll be at the forefront!

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales with strategic impact for our clients
  • Strategic Curiosity: Participate in high-level discovery sessions with an inquisitive mindset, digging deeper to uncover the true transformation priorities and business pain points behind an initial brief.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate closely with our extensive local & global subject matter experts to craft compelling, relevant service proposals.
  • Commercial Vision: Play an active role in our team to help refine our commercial strategy over time, using your market insights to enhance our go-to-market approach.
  • Revenue Generation & Account Growth
  • Full Cycle Ownership: Take command of the entire sales process, from hunting new opportunities to nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Hunter Mentality: Focus significantly on acquiring new enterprise clients, leveraging a proactive approach to build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Winning Proposals: Lead the bid management process where appropriate, coordinating with Operations, PMO, and technical leads to produce compelling commercial and technical proposals that win business.
  • Client Partnership & Delivery
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary commercial guardian for your assigned portfolio, deepening relationships to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Commercial Continuity: Provide high-level oversight on major projects, supporting Project Managers to ensure that our delivery matches the client’s expectations and contractual terms.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter capable of leading from the front.

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales within the IT Services, Consultancy, or Tech sector is essential. Come prepared to dazzle us with your experience – we want to hear about your achievements in similar roles.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related subject is preferred. Above all though, you need to be able to show a track record in making a positive difference to your previous clients.
  • Skillset: Strong experience in proposal writing, commercial strategy, and resource planning.
  • Attributes: You’re analytical, organised, and possess the leadership gravitas to influence internal teams and external decision-makers. You should be accustomed to working in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: We’re seeking individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into digestible knowledge.
  • Location: You must be based in the UK. This is a hybrid role and will be based at home and in the office with client related travel when required.
