We are an IT Digital Transformation consulting firm with over 2900 professionals. We were established in 1994 and have over 23 different centres of excellence within our Operations team. We are now looking for an Atlassian Pre-Sales & Delivery Consultant to join our amazing Atlassian team and work in our London Office. We are looking for an individual with a go-getting and enabling attitude who would have a combined role involving both pre-sales activities, such as estimation building, client calls, demos, and other presentation and solution building. They would also spend half their time on client projects ranging from migrations, customisations, implementations and other client support activities.
Responsibilities
- Understand a customer’s business objectives, vision and goals, and translate these into application requirements and specifications
- Create Demos
- Attend client meetings
- Help the sales team with client project estimations and proposals
- Manage projects and maintain customer communication
- Advise on best practices to optimise & scale client support
- Provide user and admin training on the use and management of Atlassian tools
- Strong commitment to detail and excellence, and a desire to work collaboratively with the knowmad mood teams (Atlassian consultants’ team, project managers, account managers, ...) and provide high-quality deliverables
Qualifications
- Atlassian Technical Sales Professional (at least 2 Atlassian technical certifications)
- Atlassian Administration and end user experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Jira filters, reporting, and custom dashboards experience
- Customising Jira workflows for multiple projects, custom fields, issue types, field configurations experience
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with Scrum/agile planning
- 3-5 years of Atlassian Consulting and ITSM implementation and/or system integration experience
- Fluent English
