- Familiarity with pre-production tasks, including casting, booking crew, and location searches.
- Ability to handle documentation for shoots and involvement in the entire creative process.
- Willingness to assist with on-set location and studio-based camera work.
- Experience in office work, including running errands, recons, and post-production tasks.
- Ability to travel to Manston Business Park most days.

The Nitty-Gritty:
- Position: Full-time permanent (Subject to a 3-month Probationary Period)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break (Optional 2 pm wrap-up on Fridays)

- Salary: £25,000-£29,000 annually
