Knowlton is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into results. If you are obsessed with paid social, thrive on data, and want to work in a creative, fast-moving agency where your impact is genuinely felt, this is the role for you. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build, optimise and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our marketing, creative and production teams to deliver campaigns that clients love and that actually perform. We are not looking for a button pusher. We want someone who thinks critically, tests relentlessly and genuinely enjoys the craft of performance marketing.
What You Will Do
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Analyse performance, identify opportunities and suggest proactive ideas
- Support client marketing projects end-to-end alongside the team
- Collaborate with creatives and manage a small team to bring scroll-stopping content to life
- Build clear and simple performance reports for clients
