An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at Knowleswood Primary School. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, delivering lessons and interventions under the guidance of teaching staff. They will work with individuals, small groups and whole classes, covering lessons planned when required and supporting pupils with a range of needs.

The successful candidate will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
- Support pupils' learning across the curriculum through targeted interventions and in-class support
- Provide support for pupils with additional or specific learning needs (including SEND)
- Have a strong commitment to ensuring excellent pupil progress
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development
- Assist in the planning and delivering of lessons and learning activities
- Be dedicated to sharing responsibilities for raising standards
