Knowles Fleet is one of the UK's leading transport management service providers, and we are looking for a Power Platform & BI Automation Specialist to join our team in Dedham. In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of automating business processes and delivering insightful Power BI dashboards that help drive smarter decisions. You will work across departments to identify inefficiencies, design automation workflows, and build reporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform — primarily Power Automate and Power BI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into practical, reliable digital solutions and wants to make a real impact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline internal processes.
  • Design and manage Power BI dashboards and data models to deliver clear business insights.
  • Integrate data across Microsoft 365, SQL, and Sage.
  • Review and improve existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop scalable and secure solutions that comply with IT governance standards.
  • Support users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Stay up to date with emerging Power Platform and automation technologies.

Essential Skills

  • Experienced with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of projects.
  • A strong communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about automation and process improvement.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience working on digital transformation or automation projects.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Fridays from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
