KnowledgeUp is looking for passionate and reliable Chinese-speaking tutors who are current students or graduates of Imperial College London, specifically from Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. This is a flexible online tutoring role where you will support students with Maths, Physics, Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, exam preparation, and related subjects.
At KnowledgeUp, tutors receive full support and guidance from our team. We help you prepare for sessions, understand student needs, and develop your tutoring skills. As you gain experience and receive strong feedback, there may also be opportunities to increase your hourly rate over time.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging one-to-one or small-group online tutoring sessions
- Support students with homework, exam preparation, and subject understanding
- Explain concepts clearly in English and/or Chinese, depending on student needs
- Adapt lessons to each student’s learning style and academic goals
- Track student progress and provide helpful feedback
- Communicate professionally with students and parents where needed
- Must be a current student or graduate of Imperial College London
- Must be studying or have studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong academic knowledge in Maths, Physics, Engineering, or related subjects
- Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic support experience preferred
