This role would suit a driven individual who has great business acumen and a keen interest in the education sector. Your main goal would be to organise, develop and grow the business while ensuring all of the business operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall business development and growth activity.
  • Coordinate with relevant people within business and clients in line with company strategy.
  • Ensure that enrolment numbers meet set monthly targets.
  • Ensure effective management of daily operations.
  • Work alongside the senior management team and colleagues to ensure the office paperwork is well organised.
  • Book marketing events and devise strategies to bring new clients into the centre.
  • Monitor quality of service and retention rates.
  • Liaise with recruitment channels, preparing necessary paperwork for meetings and interviews.
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients and achieve sales.
  • Provide detailed, clear information to prospective clients.
  • Order and organise office supplies, couriers and equipment, manage staff health and safety, and other matters enabling smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Answer the phone, greet visitors and organise lunch for internal and external meetings when necessary.
  • Organise and audit company systems, databases and procedures.
  • Be in charge of correspondence with suppliers (e.g. cleaners and energy providers) and secure best deals.
  • Promote company policies and liaise with team & IT when they need support and coordinate on equipment needed.
  • Assist with the organisation of company events and meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team when needed.
