You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital content, enhancing our brand presence, and ensuring seamless content publication through our CMS. This role may evolve as KnowledgeBrief’s content develops over time. In the short term, the Digital Optimisation Specialist will work closely with the digital development team to take on and refine curriculums and content. Long term, the role will be line managed by our Design & Brand Manager, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and user experience goals.

As a Digital Optimisation Specialist, you will oversee the creation, implementation, and optimisation of digital content and multimedia to support business objectives. This role calls for a proactive and creative approach across media production, audience engagement, and strategic initiatives. You will manage the publication of apprenticeship courses, blogs, and other educational content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and digital media best practices. Additionally, you will contribute to multimedia production, including presentations, graphics, videos, and interactive media while staying ahead of emerging digital trends and AI-driven tools to elevate KnowledgeBrief’s content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of digital content and multimedia projects aligned with business goals
  • Manage and maintain the content management system (CMS) for publishing apprenticeship courses, blogs, and educational content
  • Develop multimedia assets including presentations, graphics, videos, and interactive media
  • Ensure all published content complies with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and digital media best practices
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in content creation, multimedia technologies, digital marketing, and educational delivery
  • Develop training materials to enhance digital literacy and content creation skills across the organisation

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint
  • Experience in multimedia creation & editing (video/audio)
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and trends in multimedia creation
  • Understanding of business theory
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
