About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-confident AI Content Creator to join our growing Digital team. This role will primarily focus on the ongoing creation of AI‑produced learning content to support the KnowledgeBrief learning ecosystem, including techniques, research content, articles, professional development resources, and digital learning experiences. Working closely with the Design and Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and wider teams, you will help shape how KnowledgeBrief uses AI creatively and responsibly to transform written learning content into engaging multimedia formats. This will include AI-generated talking head videos, visual explainers, audio content, animated assets, and other AI‑enabled media designed to improve learner engagement, accessibility, and knowledge retention. While the role will also contribute to marketing and social media content where required, the primary focus for the foreseeable future will be educational and learning‑focused content production across the new LXP and wider digital learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality AI-generated talking head videos for learning content, campaigns, and digital resources
  • Produce engaging multimedia content to support KnowledgeBrief techniques, research content, learning articles, and wider professional development and learning resources
  • Support the creation of audio, visual, and AI-enhanced learning assets that improve accessibility and learner engagement
  • Support with content for social media, marketing campaigns, and broader brand communications as required
  • Edit polished video and multimedia assets using industry-standard editing and motion design tools
  • Develop animated graphics, captions, visual explainers, and supporting motion assets
  • Use AI video and creative tools confidently to support efficient, scalable, high-quality content production
  • Develop effective prompts and workflows to achieve professional and brand-aligned AI outputs
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to bring learning content and ideas to life visually
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while maintaining high creative standards and attention to detail
