Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Compliance and EPA Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position with excellent opportunities for long-term career development as we expand further. Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes through robust compliance and quality assurance practices. You will provide expert support on programme requirements, ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, you will drive continuous improvement in learner data quality, support audit readiness, and contribute to the smooth management of End-Point Assessment processes.

Compliance and EPA Co-ordinator - Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of ensuring all apprentices are fully compliant with programme requirements. This includes but is not limited to: auditing of sign-up paperwork and off-the-job training hours.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records within the PICS system, ensuring data is comprehensive and current.
  • Liaise with the Quality and Compliance Manager and Finance Manager to ensure precise data input and timely collection of the 5% co-investment fee.
  • Utilise systems such as FIS, PDSAT, and FRM to monitor and ensure the integrity and quality of learner data.
  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager with internal audits and monthly ILR submissions.
  • Register apprentices with their End-Point Assessment Organisation and manage all related administrative processes for assessments.
  • Assist with the registration of apprentices for End-Point Assessments with the End-Point Assessment Organisation.
  • Perform final quality and compliance checks on all gateway documentation.
  • Upload all gateway documents to the End-Point Assessment Organisation and ensure effective communication of any updates or instructions from the End-Point Assessment Organisation to operational Team Leaders.

Compliance and EPA Co-ordinator - Experience & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the apprenticeship sector. (essential)
  • A strong understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and sector guidelines.
  • A background in quality assurance, compliance, or MIS functions (essential)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) (desirable)
