We’re looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Northampton office. This is primarily a sales development & scheduling role.

You should be a great communicator – verbal, written, and on social platforms – building a personal brand. A big personality and a naturally inquisitive mind will help you succeed.

Office Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday–Friday) + on-call as per the staff rota (flexible working hours can be discussed).

Basic starting salary: £25,000 + bonus. OTE Year 1: £28,000 – £35,000 (un‑capped; your earnings depend on personal new business wins).
