We're recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our recruitment agency in the heart of Northampton. You will be responsible for producing and processing weekly payroll, ensuring all activities are done to a high standard (on time, in full with no errors). This includes all activities relating to and surrounding the monthly processing, and annual activities. In addition to the payroll, this role is responsible for managing the Sage systems in place, keeping them up to date and accurate at all times, including reporting to the Managing Director. Available for a March start date. Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 negotiable, dependant on experience.

Requirements / Experience

  • Proven 2 years of work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar
  • Managing payroll for up to 150 workers per week
  • Hands on experience with Sage Payroll software
  • Using your initiative to take ownership for this area of responsibility
