The role will focus on leading and developing the engineering team, overseeing NPI/NPD projects from concept through to design and manufacturing, while also improving engineering processes. The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across different areas of engineering. Manage recruitment, appraisals, performance, coaching and ongoing development of engineers. Oversee NPI/NPD from concept/design through to manufacturing.
