Responsible for providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business. Supporting customers at various stages of their lifecycle with Knowledge Bank. Consistently providing excellent customer service to broker and lender partners.
Location: Farnborough (The Hub) – office based with 1 day per week working from home
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
About the role: We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our fast moving team at Knowledge Bank. This is a varied, hands on role supporting several areas of the business, including Sales, Lender Relationships, Marketing and Customer Support. You’ll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying calm when things get busy, and helping customers get the best possible experience. Mortgage industry experience is highly desirable, particularly if you’ve worked in an administrative or support role and are looking to broaden your skills. You don’t need to know everything on day one, we’re looking for someone curious, willing to learn, and confident asking questions.

What you’ll be doing: Your work will support both our internal teams and our broker and lender customers. Key responsibilities include:
- System & data support
- Helping onboard new lenders onto the Knowledge Bank system
- Carrying out regular audits and quality checks
- Responding to reports of incorrect criteria and following through to resolution
- Acting as a first point of contact via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Supporting brokers and lenders with day-to-day questions
- Assisting with Knowledge Bank demos and lender demonstrations
- Supporting KB Pro users, including account setup, changes and enquiries
- Supporting Sales with post-sale administration
- Managing marketing bookings such as webinars and advertising placements
- Liaising with external partners on banners and campaigns
- Creating and sharing end-of-campaign reports
- Collating data for industry update communications
- General business support
- Data imports and updates to our CRM
- Supporting tools such as AffCalc and Notify
- Covering for colleagues during periods of absence
- Helping the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
