Family Support Practitioner – Knowjau S.R.L

Part‑time role within Ashfield North Family Hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide family support services and parenting interventions to families with children aged under 19 years (up to 21 for children with additional needs).
• Deliver services in the families\’ homes, the Family Hub building or a community venue.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• 5 GCSEs at level A*-C (including English) or equivalent.
• Valid driving licence and a vehicle available for use (unless disability precludes this).
