With this combination of products, we have created a unique outdoor security system control and security solution, which means that all gate types - electric or manual, any outdoor opening solution and monitored CCTV systems can be controlled with just one interface. Our smart arm and disarm solutions for remotely monitored CCTV significantly reduce false positives, enhancing efficiency, minimising operator error, and improving customer experience.

This is our first sales hire and is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to get in on the ground floor at the very beginning of what we believe is a truly global opportunity. The sky is the limit and our ideal hire will eventually end up being Head of Sales.

The Senior National Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business plans
  • Managing key accounts
  • Leading sales efforts at this critical stage in the company's growth

Requirements:

  • Deep security industry knowledge, ideally including remote CCTV monitoring and/or access control
  • Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting
  • Skills in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Proven Sales skills and strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Team Management experience and the ability to lead and motivate teams (not for now, for later)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ideally a willingness to travel
  • Full clean driving license
