As a Restaurant Manager Its all about the front of house, customer experience and giving the get what they need. running a team of say 15 - 29 front of house and kitchen brigade
We are now recruiting for the Summer Season operating from May 2020 until October 2020. During this time w are open 7 days per week 5 days over 7.

We are looking for a Michelin Star levelRestaurant Managers to join our team for the duration of the season. We are looking for a highly capable and personable candidate. If you feel you have the leadership skills and drive to contribute to our business, then we want to hear from you!
As well as exceptional customer service skills, successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to both manage and work within a diverse team. Great organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Site-specific training will be completed prior to the start of the season and prior management experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential.
Job Description
- Prior management or supervisory experience essential
- Previous experience in a five star/luxury environment or Michelin starred restaurant
- Restaurant Manager experience or a very strong Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Excellent written & verbal English is essential
- Experience of Leading a team and people management
