Following a recent rebrand, operational refresh and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused individual to join the team and play a key role in the next chapter of their journey.
This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who enjoys working across marketing, sales and operations, loves getting stuck in and is excited by the potential of AI and new technology. Whether you're coming from a marketing, administration, operations or sales support background, this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a genuine impact within a fast-growing business.
The role
No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting marketing campaigns and activity across the company's tech stack
- Helping to keep day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly
- Assisting with sales administration and client communications
- Building, testing and utilising AI agents and automation tools
- Updating and managing CRM systems, including HubSpot
- Supporting the wider team with projects and business initiatives
- Speaking with clients and prospects, building positive relationships along the way
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies

- Experience in an administrative, marketing, sales or operations support role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders over the phone
- Experience using CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot
- A genuine interest in AI tools and emerging technology
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Plenty of energy and enthusiasm to get involved across multiple areas of the business
The details
East Cheshire Flexible working pattern, with options including:
- Four days per week (10am-2pm) / Also flexible to make 3 days work
- Three full days per week
- Full-time longer term for the right person
- Alternative flexible arrangements considered
Salary: Circa £30,000 full-time equivalent (pro rata for part-time hours)
